celtic baptism cakeI made this beautiful Celtic baptism cake for my niece’s Christening. The cross was inspired by the cross on the Christening invitation. The cake itself was half vanilla with chocolate ganache filling and half tiramisu (coffee soaked cake with mascarpone filling). By the end of the party not a single piece was left!
