Being a child of the 80’s I played hours and hours of Super Mario Bros. on my original Nintendo (which I still own), so I couldn’t wait to make some Super Mario Cupcakes . The little 1-up mushrooms are classic so I thought they would be perfect. In recent years I bought a T-shirt that has a picture of a cupcake with the 1-up mushroom coming out of it and it says 1-UpCake on it. I couldn’t resist making my own 1-UpCakes so here they are. I brought this little guys in to work my first day at my new job (Instructional Technologist at Lafayette College) and they were a hit!
