Every year Washington, NJ holds a huge fall festival called Festival in the Borough. It is a day long festival with three stages of music, food, craft vendors, kiddie rides, and games. This year I decided to set up a booth and sell some cupcakes and brownies. I also raffled off a gift certificate, but most of all I made cake as a tribute to Washington. For the cake I decided to replicate out main street. I tried to fit as many of the stores I could onto two layers of cake. The top of the cake shows the Festival Logo. Overall it was a beautiful day and I got to meet a lot of people from the area. I will definitely do it again next year!
